The Battlefield 5 Beta Is Nearly Here While the Battlefield 5 alpha has already happened there is a lot of buzz right now that the beta is close..like a few days away close! I know this sounds crazy as EA like to hype these things up at least a few weeks in advance, but this rumor is picking up steam thanks to something that was posted on Origin. There was a tile on Origin that listed two dates. August 13th was the preload date and August 14th was the release date. This is very weird as first of all a beta never has a preload date… I literally cannot think of one beta that has had a preload date. But also the fact that it is just a few days away and so close to the Black Ops 4 beta makes it very strange. Predictions For Call Of Duty 2018 Today I am having a little bit of fun as I share a few of the things that I feel could and if I am being honest, want to happen in the 2018 version of Call Of Duty. Call Of Duty WW2 is one of the best games in years so Call Of Duty 2018 is going to have a lot to live up to. Anyway here are a few things that I think could be part of Call Of Duty WW2. No Futuristic Warfare From what little has leaked, Call Of Duty 2018 appears to be set in a more modern time (thanks to a Treyarch job listing) however with the more realistic approach to Call Of Duty WWII being so popular, I do not think there will be any wall running or jet packing in the next Call Of Duty… which if I am honest I am not sure I am super happy about, but I learned to live without in COD WWII. Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Offering Free Blackout Mode Call of Duty Black Ops 4 has been a huge hit for the folks at Treyarch and Activision. Instead of going all out with a campaign this year, COD took a different direction and instead gave us their take on the Battle Royale genre. Blackout is a huge, huge success. It manages to take the Call of Duty formula and smash it together with Battle Royale and it works perfectly. It may not be the number one Battle Royale game in the world, but it certainly has taken a little bit of the spotlight away from Fortnite. Well, the clever people at Activision are stepping things up. From the 17 th of January. They are offering people on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One the chance to play Blackout mode for free.
